Trysil Race Elite Speed
Our Speed Team is a dedicated high-performance group specializing in Giant Slalom, Super-G, and Downhill — and the only team of its kind in Scandinavia. Designed for athletes aiming for the highest level, the team follows the European Cup circuit, with the clear ambition of helping each athlete take the final step into World Cup racing.
Throughout the year, the team has 180–200 travel days, seeking out the best races and the best training conditions across Europe. At home, we train in our race center Høgegga, where Trysil Race Elite has first access to one of Scandinavia’s top alpine venues. Combined with a carefully planned training and competition calendar, our athletes benefit from world-class facilities, coaching, and structure all year round.
If you're serious about speed and want to surround yourself with athletes and coaches who share your ambition, we encourage you to apply for our Speed program.

Trysil Race Elite Tech
Trysil Race Academy offers dedicated tech teams for women and men specializing in Slalom and Giant Slalom. These teams are designed for athletes who are serious about developing their technical skills with a goal to compete at the highest level.
To provide the best possible coaching and development environment, the academy has divided the tech program into separate women's and men's teams. This allows for tailored training plans and competition schedules, while still fostering collaboration and shared learning across the program.
Tech Elite follows a pre-season schedule designed to prepare athletes both physically and technically for the demands of the season. All athletes receive individually tailored physical training plans to support their development.
As soon as the snow starts falling in Trysil, training begins on our home hill in Høgegga — one of the best race hills in Scandinavia, offering consistent and top-tier conditions throughout the winter.
If your goal is to compete at the highest level — and want the structure, coaching, and conditions to get you there — then this is for you. Please note that this porgram requires 40 FIS points or lower in one or both tech disciplines. -
Trysil Race Development
Our FIS Development Team will cater to FIS racers trying to take their skiing to the next level. Whether it is your first season competing in FIS or you are looking for that extra push to lower your points further. Our mission is to develop young talents into great skiers as well as young adults. In our FIS development program, athletes receive everything they need to progress toward top-level international competition.
We have a detailed pre-season program, individually tailored physical training plans, and one of the best race hills in Scandinavia for winter training and competition. New for the 2025/26 season, we have introduced two Development Teams — Dev 1 and Dev 2 — grouped according to each athlete’s current FIS points to better support targeted progression.
If you are a FIS racer aspiring to take your skills to new heights, Trysil Race Academy’s Development team is the place for you. -
Trysil Race U12, U14 and U16
Our underage program is for competitive skiers under the age of 16 looking to take the next step in their racing journey. The program is designed for motivated young athletes who are ready to invest in their development — both on and off the hill.
We offer a full-year program that includes everything from pre-season preparation to on-snow training and race support throughout the winter. If you're serious about improving, making real progress, and pushing toward your full potential — this is for you.
