Marius has extensive international experience in sports management and coaching. With a career spanning multiple countries, Marius has worked with diverse athletes, enhancing their performance and fostering a culture of excellence.

His tenure as a Sports Director and coach has endowed him with great leadership skills, enabling him to build and guide successful teams across various competitive environments. Under his leadership, the academy is dedicated to nurturing talent and achieving outstanding results, ensuring that every athlete reaches their full potential.

Program Director

Stephen brings over 30 years of coaching experience from grassroots to elite level. A former Olympian, he has coached athletes to success at World Cups, World Championships, Olympics, and national levels.

He has served as National Coach for England, Denmark, and Australia, and has led the European Development and Excellence program since 2009. Stephen’s experience is a key asset to athlete development at Trysil Race Academy.

“Thompa“ has started Europa Cup races for Sweden, and out of this he built himself an impressive career as a coach and has been coaching ski racers since 1987.
Among the teams he has coached are: SWE Junior Men, SWE Europa Cup Men, SWE World Cup Men, Finland and Germany’s World Cup Men Speed team, Åre Skidgymnasium, NTG Bærum and Åsarna Ski Academy.

With all his experience, gathered from taking athletes all the way to the pinnacle of our sport we have every confidence Thompa will lead Trysil Race Elite to success.

Head Coach Trysil Race Elite Tech Women

Peter is in charge of the TRA Women’s Tech team. He comes from World and Europa Cup coaching and was the Head Coach for Sweden during the 2010 Olympics campaign in SkiCross.

Peter has the highest alpine ski coach education level available in Sweden, is an ISIA card holder, and is a former national team member as an athlete.

Marcus has a distinguished career as a ski racer. Representing Denmark, he competed in multiple World Championships, World Cups, and Europa Cups, showcasing his dedication and skill at the highest levels of alpine skiing.

Since retiring from professional racing, he has transitioned into coaching, bringing with him deep knowledge of race preparation, equipment, and performance strategy. His international racing background and positive coaching approach are strong assets to the men’s tech team at Trysil Race Academy.

“Edo“ is an experienced coach from Cervinia, Italy, with a strong background as both athlete and coach. He spent 12 years coaching at Azzurri del Cervino, working under renowned coach Erik Seletto.

Over the past six years he has focused on FIS-level athletes and co-founded the international Speed Camp for Super-G training. His technical knowledge and calm coaching style make him a valuable part of the Trysil Race Academy team.

Oscar is a certified coach with a strong foundation in ski instruction and technical training, holding certifications from SSLF, SLAO, ISIA, and IVSI.

Oscar has extensive competitive experience, with multiple podium finishes at the Youth Swedish Championships. He brings both racing and coaching experience, including work as a course instructor with NIG in Norway. Oscar is committed to developing young athletes’ skills, technique, and race readiness as part of Trysil Race Academy’s Youth Development Team.

Agnete began her career as an instructor, but in recent years, she has transitioned into coaching. Central to her training philosophy is the conviction that a deep understanding of skiing, both technically and mentally, enables athletes to reach their full potential.

During her youth, Agnete competed in rowing at an elite level, an experience that shaped her commitment to discipline and continuous improvement. When she’s not on the slopes, she devotes herself to strength training and yoga
